About our consultants

Alana Dean

Alana is a 2020, graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a minor in Psychology. Alana served as Chapter President and Vice President of Operations for Beda Lambda. She has a passion for working with and empowering women and enjoyed tremendous personal growth through the roles she held in her chapter. Staying active is a huge part of Alana’s life. She enjoys at-home yoga, as well as hiking when she can find the time to get out of Chicago – where she was born and raised. Alana is looking forward to working with Headquarters and getting to know other Chapters!

Fontana Frazier

Fontana graduated from Texas Christian University in May of 2020, home of the Epsilon Alpha chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She earned a degree in Strategic Communication with a double emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations, and a minor in Dance. Fontana served as Panhellenic Delegate for her chapter, and later the Panhellenic President. As an LC she hopes to further her experience in student leadership development and professional/volunteer staff relations. Fontana enjoys walking as a hobby and has explored many nature trails and parks near her hometown this past year.

Megan Chunias

Megan is a 2021 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and studied Leadership for her business minor. As a member of the Delta Lambda chapter, she served as VP-Standards, and was a coxswain on the rowing team. Megan grew up in a suburb of Boston - called Sudbury, Massachusetts - where they pride themselves on having the most historical zip code in the country: 01776. In her free time, she is most likely to be found drinking coffee, taking/editing photos, running around a nature preserve, or reading a book from the positive psychology field.
